I led a Website Revamp at Souclchi: Collaborating with the Product Team for a Strategic Redesign and Rebranding Initiative, Focused on Elevating Corporate Infrastructure and Employee Well-being.

Information Architecture

Organizing the information Architecture  

In my exploration of Soulchi website, page by page, I noticed a discrepancy – the titles lacked the smooth flow observed on other top-notch coaching websites. While the CEO initially prioritized the overall aesthetics, I proposed a crucial shift in focus: organizing the website for clarity, given the overwhelming information. After some initial resistance, I successfully conveyed the importance of a well-structured, easy-to-follow website. The CEO not only agreed but also recognized the dual benefits – a structured site enhances user experience and, in turn, attracts more customers.

As a team we decided to completely simply titles on soulchi international for now by cutting out extra categories. Leaving 6 titles to simple the website organization. Such as home, Our Story,Contact Us , App Waitlist and Careers.

Re-designing Branding

In response to the CEO's preference for a more luxurious branding, there were initial challenges in achieving the desired aesthetic. Despite encountering some hurdles, multiple options were presented aligning with Soulchi's core essence of empowering humanity for the better. The product team unanimously favored the first option, featuring a light green and white-themed website. These colors symbolize health, wealth, and a soulful atmosphere. The decision was made to launch with this earthy tone theme, allowing for further adjustments as needed.

These were some of the Low- High-Fi designed I worked on in my team and different theme logos to freshen up the website with a new logo.

The second image is re-designed the product team cut down the images and left the most circuital information such as what is soulchi and testimonials to entice user to sign up.
